Public Classes at the Body Control Pilates Centre

 

Our Body Control Pilates classes generally run in blocks of up to six weeks with more than 25 group matwork and Reformer classes on the schedule - covering all levels from Introductory to Advanced with morning, lunchtime and evening classes.

Early booking is advised for all classes as sizes are limited to 12 for matwork (10 for 'Healthy Back' classes) and 8/9 for Reformer.    

Please note that we do not offer drop-ins - all classes must be pre-booked and payment must be received at the time of booking to confirm your place. Whilst we will do what we can to offer you a suitable 'catch up' if you miss a class, it is not possible to credit missed classes against future blocks.

Student Classes are only open to Body Control Pilates students. Matwork classes may have a Body Control Pilates teacher training student assisting the teacher.
