The Body Control Pilates® Home Studio offers unrivalled value for money, having many features normally associated with more expensive equipment. It comes with an exclusive 25-minute exercise video, specially compiled by our experts for a safe, effective workout. Perfect for Pilates matwork exercises or for a tougher machine-based programme working against variable resistance, the Home Studio is supplied with a video demonstrating recommended exercises and full support documentation. It typically takes about ten minutes to initially assemble the machine after unpacking - a screwdriver and spanner are supplied with the Home Studio. Folds flat for storage.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a ‘no quibble’ return option – contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange collection from any mainland UK address and give a full refund provided that the product is returned to us complete, including all accessories and with the original packaging. Please note we cannot collect products that are unboxed. Your refund will be actioned once the returned goods have been booked back into our warehouse.

The Home Studio comes with a full instruction and exercise booklet (see below) with warm-up and wind-down exercises to compliment the video supplied. Please note that the weight of the Home Studio without the drop-in mat is approximately 35kg due to its steel frame and sturdy construction. The Home Studio has a set of wheels at one end of the frame to assist you in moving it once set up.
