 If you prefer to work with one of our teachers on a one-to-one basis or a ‘duet session’ (one-to-two) with a friend, then Private Sessions are for you. Both the session format and the exercises given are tailored to suit your needs and objectives. These sessions allow for greater progression and development and are a must for anyone requiring that individual attention.
We have a highly qualified and experienced team of teachers available for you to choose from. Biographical information for all the teachers is available in our online Studio Brochure. Sessions are available by appointment only and are one hour in duration. Bookings can be made directly with the teachers or with our front desk.
Please note we are unable to offer private sessions in our studio on a Saturday or Sunday due to our Centre being used exclusively for training courses at weekends.

   Studio Sessions are a popular and effective way of training in a Pilates studio environment. The sessions are built around a standard format with the teachers tailoring the repertoire of exercises to suit your individual needs.
Sessions typically incorporate both mat- and machine-based Pilates exercises and encourage flow and independence. The teachers running the session generally work with up to three clients each at any one time, giving direction, feedback and correction throughout the session. New exercises are regularly introduced to bring variety and challenge to your sessions, ensuring continuous progression and development.
Sessions are available by appointment only and are one hour in duration. Bookings can be made directly with our front desk. We offer studio sessions on Tuesdays from 7.30am and on Wednesdays from 4.30pm.
Please note we ask you to attend a private session first before booking onto studio sessions.
